It's called Beganto. They have a supplier directory for finding all the suppliers for a given type of electronic component. They also have a search engine for components, which aggregates search results from manufacturers and distributor websites. But the best service they offer is via their website called Need-A-Sample. The website lets you order free samples of electronic components from hundreds of different suppliers. Instead of spending time to call around and track down a sample, now all I do is go to Need-A-Sample and fill out a request online - which is quick and easy. All the services are free for users.
